Returns & Refunds
We want every customer to be completely happy with their order.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:
- Unused
- In their original condition
- Returned with original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns on:
- Used masks
- Custom-made products
- Items damaged after delivery
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Refunds
Once your returned item has been inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds normally appear within 5–10 working days.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.
Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
